MillTv has completed the visual effects for a new three part documentary series about the great engineers of Victorian England. The first
program is to air at 9pm on Monday 9th February.
In the 19th century, a new breed of engineers emerged. This brand new series brings the extraordinary achievements of these Victorian
innovators to life. It features reconstructions of some of the exciting moments of the era; from Brunel's first tunnel under the Thames to his
mighty ships that plied the Atlantic.
The series was produced and directed by Ian Duncan and Rob Hartel from Windfall Films with whom MillTv had previously worked on the award
winning 'Dambusters'. Ian Duncan was particulary impressed with MillTv's dedication to the task. "What distinguishes Mill TV from their
competitors is the way they immerse themselves completely in the subject matter before they produce a frame. They end up being more
knowledgeable than the producer. And then they come up with strong ideas and execute them brilliantly".
